If you contact us, apply for a role or send us an operating brief, we receive the information you include. This may include your name, work email, company, role and the details you describe.

Please do not include confidential customer data, credentials, health information or other sensitive records in an initial website enquiry. We will agree a secure way to exchange project material when it is needed.

Information created when you visit

Our hosting and security providers may process limited technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as an IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamp and diagnostic logs.

We use this information to keep the website available, understand failures and protect it from abuse. We do not sell personal information.

Why we use information
