Integration & automation development

Your software solves most of the problem.
We build what’s missing.

Keep the CRM, ERP and tools that work. Connect the handoffs, exceptions and decisions they leave to your people.

Discuss your integration

Custom integrations, built around your work

The last gap can carry a disproportionate cost.

Think of software that solves 90% of your workflow. The remaining 10% might be a missed follow-up, a manual reconciliation or an approval nobody owns. Those percentages are illustrative; the point is that a small process gap can still hold back an important result.

These gaps are easy to miss because each tool looks healthy in isolation. The CRM has a record, the ERP has an order and the team has a message—but someone still has to connect the consequences. We map that work, find where value is being lost and build the missing workflow, interface or integration. We agree a baseline so the value of fixing it can be measured.

The examples below describe work we can scope, not preinstalled connectors or vendor partnerships. Feasibility is confirmed against your accounts, permissions and supported interfaces.

01 · CRM & revenue integrations

Make your CRM carry the next action.

GoHighLevel, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM and Pipedrive can organize a sales pipeline. The remaining gap is often what happens around it: an unanswered enquiry, an incomplete handoff, a promise buried in a call or a customer record that never reaches delivery. We design those missing steps around your business.

Modern high-rise architecture against the sky

GoHighLevel workflow integration

Scope connections between lead intake, conversations, appointments, pipeline updates and downstream delivery. Define who owns the next step when a prospect replies, reschedules or becomes a customer.

Cross-CRM data and follow-up

Match contacts and companies, agree field ownership and surface overdue commitments. Route proposed updates for review where a commercial decision needs human judgment.

Sales-to-delivery handoffs

Carry the agreed requirements and customer context into onboarding, operations and finance. A won deal should not require someone to reconstruct the conversation from scratch.

An example workflow

A qualified enquiry becomes an owned opportunity. A confirmed sale carries its requirements into onboarding, while missing information appears in a review queue rather than disappearing between teams.

What we check before building

We review your exact CRM edition, API access, custom fields and permission model. GoHighLevel and other platform names are examples for scoping, not claims of a prebuilt connector or partnership.

02 · ERP & operations integrations

Connect the exceptions your ERP cannot settle alone.

Your ERP may hold the correct stock, purchase and invoice records while employees still chase approvals and reconcile changes by hand. Whether you use SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, NetSuite or another ERP, we start with the operating gap, then assess the interfaces your installation supports.

Warehouse supporting inventory and fulfillment operations

Purchasing and approval workflows

Connect requests, supporting documents, approvers and purchase records. Make missing information and delayed decisions visible to the person responsible.

Inventory and order coordination

Carry demand and order changes across sales, stock and fulfillment. Define how partial shipments, shortages and changed quantities should be reconciled.

Finance and operational reconciliation

Link source transactions to downstream records. Flag mismatched identifiers, amounts or statuses for review rather than silently treating every API response as completed work.

An example workflow

An order change affects stock allocation and purchasing. The workflow identifies the consequences, requests the required approval and preserves the links between the revised order and its financial records.

What we check before building

The ERP product, deployment, licensing and supported APIs or file exchanges determine feasibility. Financial postings and other high-impact changes need explicit approval rules, restricted access and an audit trail.

03 · Knowledge & teamwork integrations

Turn shared knowledge into work people can act on.

Notion, Airtable, Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams and Slack can hold useful information without making it available at the moment someone needs it. We connect knowledge, requests and decisions to the workflow, so a document does not become another place your team has to search manually.

Notion workflow integration

Scope connections between your Notion records, project context and operating systems. Bring approved information into the next task and flag stale or incomplete records for review.

Document intake and structured data

Extract proposed fields from incoming documents, validate required information and route exceptions to a person. Connect reviewed data to the appropriate business record.

Knowledge retrieval with permissions

Help staff find relevant approved information while preserving access boundaries. Link answers to their sources and keep uncertain or sensitive requests reviewable.

An example workflow

An onboarding request arrives with supporting documents. The system identifies missing details, attaches the approved operating guidance and creates a task with the context the delivery team needs.

What we check before building

Access must be confirmed for the specific workspaces, databases and documents involved. We agree ownership, retention and review rules before introducing automated updates or AI-assisted answers.

04 · Commerce & channels integrations

Keep customer conversations connected to delivery.

Shopify, WooCommerce, WhatsApp, Intercom and Zendesk are examples of where customers place orders or ask for help. We connect those interactions to the underlying customer, order and service records, so your team can act without moving between disconnected screens.

Food preparation in a commercial kitchen

Shopify and ecommerce automation

Scope product-data preparation, order routing, inventory reconciliation and fulfillment exceptions. Check existing native features and apps before adding custom software.

WhatsApp and customer messaging

Connect permitted enquiries, order intake and service updates to a shared workflow. Keep customer consent, platform rules and a clear human handoff in the design.

Support and service context

Bring relevant order history and delivery status into support work. Assign unresolved requests and preserve the conversation when another team takes over.

An example workflow

A customer asks about an order. The workflow identifies the relevant record, checks current fulfillment status and routes an exception to the delivery owner with the conversation attached.

What we check before building

Store access, messaging permissions, provider requirements and supported interfaces are checked during discovery. We do not bypass platform restrictions or assume every account exposes the same capabilities.

API integration services, end to end

A working connection is only the beginning.

Business automation needs to hold up when data is incomplete, an API is unavailable or someone changes an order. We define those situations before rollout.

  1. 01

    Map the operation

Walk through a real enquiry, order or transaction. Identify manual handoffs, systems of record and the result the first release should improve.

  2. 02

    Confirm access and rules

Review API capabilities, account permissions, field mappings and data ownership. Agree which actions run automatically and which need approval.

  3. 03

    Build and test the workflow

Connect the systems, add the operating interface and test normal work alongside duplicates, missing data, rate limits and interrupted requests.

  4. 04

    Roll out and observe

Release a focused workflow, make failures visible and review results with the people doing the work. Scope ongoing support and improvements explicitly.

Security and practical control

Keep access narrow and actions accountable.

Credentials belong on the server, not in public pages or browser code. We scope role-based access, logging, approval steps and retention around the data involved. Your existing SaaS accounts and third-party licences remain subject to their providers’ terms.

Integration questions

What do you want to automate?

Why do we need custom integration if our CRM or ERP already works?

A platform can work correctly while a process still depends on people moving information, chasing approvals or handling exceptions outside it. We identify those gaps first. If your existing configuration can solve them, that is the starting point; custom work is scoped where it adds measurable value.

Can you work with GoHighLevel, Notion and the tools we already use?

Yes, those are examples of tools we can assess as part of a connected workflow. We review your actual accounts, supported interfaces, permissions and data model before confirming scope. We do not assume every tool or account supports every requested action.

Can you automate my WhatsApp business enquiries?

Yes. We can scope enquiry qualification, answers from approved knowledge, order or appointment intake and human handoff. We first review your WhatsApp Business setup, consent process and the system that should receive the information.

Can you automate my Shopify store without replacing it?

Yes. The work can sit behind your existing storefront: product data preparation, order routing, inventory reconciliation and support context. We assess existing apps and native automation before proposing custom software.

Can you connect WhatsApp, Shopify, my CRM and ERP together?

We can design a connected workflow across these systems where their interfaces and permissions support it. Discovery establishes which system owns each field, what triggers an update and what happens when a record is missing or a service is unavailable.

Do I need an AI agent, n8n, Make or Zapier?

Not every integration needs AI. Straightforward rules can use an appropriate workflow tool; custom services handle more specific requirements. AI is useful for interpreting unstructured messages or documents, with evaluation and review controls. We choose the mechanism after defining the job.

How much does custom integration development cost?

Scope depends on the systems, API access, workflow complexity, data quality, approval requirements and support needed. Bring one workflow and your current tools to the discovery call. We can then define a first release and separate development costs from third-party subscriptions and usage charges.

What happens when an integration fails?

The delivery scope should include monitoring, retries, duplicate protection and an exception queue with a responsible owner. We test recovery as well as the successful path, and agree support responsibilities before rollout.
